Junior Leadership Team (JLT)

At Wolvey, we believe that pupil voice is an essential part of school life. Our Junior Leadership Team (JLT) is made up of one child from each class, chosen through a democratic voting system.

The JLT meets weekly with Mr. Parker to discuss ways to improve school life, focusing on playtimes, lunchtimes, and choosing fun new resources for all children to enjoy.

Being part of the JLT helps pupils develop confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of responsibility, ensuring they play an active role in making Wolvey a great place to learn and grow.
