As many of you are aware Mrs Hawkins and the Y5 children have been busy writing to lots of companies to try and raise money for our Wildlife and Pond Area.
Hollie's letter to Dobbies Garden World, Atherstone was met with a lovely response and although they were unable to make a monetary contribution, they did donate plants, composts and tools to the value of £175 !!
We would like to send them a massive Wolvey thank you for their generosity.
A big well done to Hollie for writing such a brilliantly persuasive letter.
Mrs Hawkins collected the donations and spent the Bank Holiday weekend giving one of our outside areas a lovely makeover - as you can see from the "Before and After" pictures below.
The PTA will be holding their Chocolate Bingo Night on Friday. Doors open at 6:00. Eyes down at 6:30.
