Year 4

Welcome to Year 4!

Hello! The Peacocks class teacher is Miss Burgess, who is also the DT and PHSE lead at Wolvey CofE Primary. Our LSA this year will be Mrs L King, who we will share with Year 3.

I studied Education Studies at De Montfort University, Leicester from 2016 - 2019 whereby I graduated with a First Class Honours. I then completed my PGCE and Teacher training with Inspiring Leaders and Leicester University. This year will be my fourth year as a teacher and my second at Wolvey Primary! Previously I have worked at a school in Leicester in Year 3 and The Revel in Monks Kirby which was also in Year 3.

I have loved teaching in Year 4 and very much look forward to my second year in the class. In my spare time I love to spend time with my friends and family, go for nice walks and binge watch a good Netflix series whilst tucking into some chocolate! - Miss Burgess
