Act of Worship Group

The Act of Worship group have decided their aims for the year:

To help all the children in school learn more about God
To be confident leading worship across the school
To share stories and awe and wonder with others
To respect each other's opinions, communities and beliefs.
To help others to understand about world wide events.

Our Act of Worship Group Prayer

Dear God,

Help us as a group to be confident in our views, share our opinions, thoughts and to respect one another.

Help us to lead our school to be the best it can be and encourage all to follow our school values.

Amen

One of the main events for the Act of Worship Group during 2017 was to lead a Monday's Act of Worship when Bishop Christopher joined us.

He told us all about Lent and showed us his different robes, crook and hat.

We were very excited when he blessed us with holy water and rosemary.
